How the process works with RV Warranty repairs:

Give us a call – All warranty claims require: manufacturer name, model number, serial number, date of purchase, year, make, model and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of your RV and mileage if applicable.
Schedule your appointment – We will diagnose the cause of your issue, take any required photographs and help determine the appropriate course of action. Also, our $150 diagnostic fee may not be covered by the manufacturer warranty and is due at the time of scheduling to confirm your appointment.
Process the claim – We will work with the manufacturer to complete the warranty claim process and communicate our findings back to you.
Schedule repair service – During all steps of the warranty process we will keep you informed. If the manufacturer requires parts be sent from their facility, or we need to secure parts through our vendors, we will give you the estimated time of arrival and work with your schedule to the best of our ability.
